Flavour Vapour are offering the Provari P3 firmware upgrade for new and existing customers.
The update will require you to send us your P3, it is your responsibility to ensure that the Provari is sent to us safely. We can not be held responsible for items damaged/lost on their way to us.

You will be charged shipping on this item at a flat rate of £3. Flavour Vapour will cover the remaining cost of sending your updated P3 back to you by courier.

Please allow 2 working days from receipt for us to update your firmware.

Instructions:
Purchase this service product, and check out as normal.
Package your P3 and extension tubes in their original box if you still have it, or sufficient protective packaging.
Include a note containing your order number and return address.
Take the parcel to your local post office or preferred courier, and purchase postage with full insurance for the value of the device. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in the post.

Profile memory loss after battery removal fixed. Some users reported losing their settings when removing the battery.
