All orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday (excluding Public Holidays) will be picked, packed and shipped on the same day to ensure that our customers receive their products as quickly as possible.
Orders placed after 3pm Friday and over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday (excluding Public Holidays, in which case orders will be shipped on the next working day).

Delivery Options

We offer a range of delivery options, ranging from our ever-popular Free Delivery through to Express Next Day Delivery via Parcelforce – simply select the delivery method that best suits at the checkout.

FREE TRACKED DELIVERY (Royal Mail Tracked Service)

All orders placed over £25 will automatically qualify for this postage method free of charge - please select Standard Delivery at the checkout.

Most orders shipped on this service arrive within 2-5 working days after dispatch, however, please allow up to seven working days for delivery before contacting us to let us know you have not received your order.

You will receive a text message or email (depending on the contact details you have given us) with your tracking details attached, once the delivery arrives at Royal Mail's sorting hub.

We can also track your delivery for you - please get in touch if you would like us to do this.

This service is free of charge, please select Standard Delivery at the checkout.

EXPRESS NEXT DAY DELIVERY (Parcelforce Tracked Service)

95% of orders shipped on this service arrive within 24 working hours of dispatch, however, please allow up to three working days for delivery before contacting us to let us know if you have not received your order.

We use Parcelforce's Next Day service and you will receive a text message or email (depending on the contact details you have given us) with your tracking details attached, once the delivery arrives at Parcelforce's National Sorting Hub.

We can also track your delivery for you - please get in touch if you would like us to do this.

This service is charged at £5.49 - please select Express Delivery at the checkout.

PRIORITY DELIVERY (Royal Mail Priority Tracked Service)

This is our priority postage method, and orders placed with the service will be sent with Royal Mail's Priority Tracked Service.

Most orders shipped on this service arrive within 1-2 working days after dispatch, however, please allow up to three working days for delivery before contacting us to let us know you have not received your order.

You will receive a text message or email (depending on the contact details you have given us) with your tracking details attached, once the delivery arrives at Royal Mail's sorting hub.

We can also track your delivery for you - please get in touch if you would like us to do this.

This service is charged at £4.95, please select Priority Delivery at the checkout.

PLEASE NOTE – during any phase of the ongoing industrial action affecting the Royal Mail, we are unable to offer any guarantees on timeframes for items sent via this service. We strongly recommend using the Express Delivery option if you require your delivery by a set time.

STANDARD DELIVERY (Royal Mail Tracked Service)

Returns Policy

By shopping online or over the telephone with Flavour Vapour, you are covered by the distance selling regulations meaning, you can cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving all of what you ordered and you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of cancelling the order.

Due to the nature of the items, they must all be in an unused, unopened condition for health and hygiene reasons.

Please be advised that we are unable to accept returns for any unwanted items that have been opened.

It is your responsibility to return the items to us or to arrange a collection of larger items. This needs to be done promptly at your cost.

Please note that we are unable to accept any returned e-liquids that have been unsealed.

Returning Faulty Goods

Please check all goods when you receive them as the warranty will run from the date of your receipt.

Flavour Vapour offer a replacement warranty on faulty goods, excluding atomisers, as outlined by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

The following procedure must be followed in order to carry out a warranty claim, contact us, stating your order number, name and the nature of the fault. We will then contact you to offer advice or arrange for the return of your item.

Once the goods are received we will test and inform you of the findings.

If the goods are found to be faulty then we will immediately send out replacement items. We will do our best to ensure that this process is completed within five working days.

Complaints Procedure

Here at Flavour Vapour we take our responsibility to our customers very seriously - however ,if you would like to complain about any part of our service to you please email us at [email protected] or contact us by phone on 01752 260801.

We will always take any complaint seriously and aim to respond to your complaint within five working days. As a conscientious company, we work very closely with Trading Standards to ensure that all complaints can be dealt with in an amicable way, however in the unlikely event that we can't resolve an issue, we are more than happy to use a third party reconciliation organisation.
