Can Vaping Really Help Me Quit Smoking? We believe that the only thing that will truly get you to quit smoking, is the desire to actually quit - we have seen (and experienced) many instances over the years of people thinking that vaping is the miracle cure for smoking, and whilst we believe it can certainly aid in the journey, we also recognise that the desire has to be there. If you are ready to walk the path to a smoke-free life, then we think that vaping is the way to go!

What’s the Perfect Nicotine Strength for Me?As with a lot of questions around vaping, the answer varies from person to person. The general consensus for nicotine strength is the more that you smoke, the higher nicotine strength you should start with - for example if you smoke 40 cigarettes a day, you should probably start with a 20mg nicotine salt liquid, whereas if you only smoke the occasional roll up, then a much lower 3mg option is probably the way to go. On top of this, once you feel comfortable at a certain nicotine strength, we would encourage you to slowly reduce that strength in an attempt to reduce nicotine dependency. Which E-Liquid Should I Use?This might be the hardest question of the lot! Let’s start by saying taste is subjective, and just because I really like the Puff More Watermelon, doesn’t make it the best flavour for you. If you want the closest experience to smoking, then we would say go with a Tobacco flavour, however our most popular flavour profiles are Blueberry, Raspberry and Menthol. Our advice - try a bunch of different flavours and not only will you find a few that you really enjoy, you’ll also have some variety to keep things interesting!
So, What’s the Deal with Vape Coils? The coil in your e-cigarette is the part which heats up, vaporising the liquid and creating the vapour which you then inhale. They are usually made of metal, although there are other coil materials, such as ceramic, used in some devices. Coils will have a resistance rating (the Ohmage) and this is identified by a number, followed by the Ohm symbol - Ω. You will also usually find a wattage rating on the coil - we recommend setting your wattage to an amount within the recommend range for best performance.
As a general rule, the lower the number, the more power is required to heat the coil, and thus create the vapour - a little knowledge of Ohm’s Law is helpful but not necessary for most vapers to have. If you get into building your own coils however, then we would recommend a deeper understanding of Ohm’s Law to make sure your coils are safe!
Why Nic Salts? / Difference between Salt and FreebaseNic Salts / Nicotine Salts were designed to help people quit smoking. They allow the user to get enough nicotine without any harshness to the throat. Salts are absorbed faster than freebase nicotine and often mean you need to vape less than you would with freebase/normal nicotine. Salts are usually best suited to mouth to lung style devices, and especially pod systems that replicate how most smokers smoke a cigarette, meaning they are great for people who want to stop smoking.
