You can order up to 2kg of weight and there are no size restrictions.
This method of postage is unrecorded and uninsured, meaning that we have no way of tracking it once it is collected by Royal Mail, therefore we will not be able to offer refunds or replacements for items lost or damaged in transit.
We do receive a "delivery notification" from Royal Mail once the parcel has been successfully delivered. Should you have any issues using this service please get in contact with us and we will do what we can to rectify the problem.
Royal Mail will not open a claim for a lost package until 28 days have passed.
Of course, if you would like your order sent via courier then you can upgrade your delivery method.

3 ~ Courier Delivery - DPD - £4.95
Flavour Vapour use DPD for courier delivery, and this delivery method is the one we recommend.
All orders are insured and fully trackable. This service enables the customer to view their delivery time slot, arrange for a different time and in some instances choose a different delivery address
All orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday (excluding Public Holidays) will be processed and sent on the same day. All orders received after 3pm, over the weekend or on Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day regardless of the chosen shipping method.
Orders received before 3pm Monday-Thursday are usually delivered the next day.
Orders placed between 3pm Thursday and 3pm Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.
Please note, DPD do not deliver on bank holidays - your order will arrive on the next working day.

4 ~ Saturday Courier Delivery - DPD - £9.00
By popular demand, we now offer a Saturday Delivery Option. You can select this option at any time should you require your parcel to arrive at your chosen address on a Saturday - and all orders received before 3pm on Fridays, will be picked, packed and shipped to arrive next day.
Returns Policy ~
By shopping online or over the telephone with Flavour Vapour, you are covered by the distance selling regulations meaning, you can cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving all of what you ordered and you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of cancelling the order. Due to the nature of the items, they must all be in an unused, unopened condition for health and hygiene reasons.
Please be advised that we are unable to accept returns for any unwanted items that have been opened.
It is your responsibility to return the items to us or to arrange a collection of larger items. This needs to be done promptly at your cost.
Please note that we are unable to accept any returned e-liquids that have been unsealed.
Returning Faulty Goods ~
Please check all goods when you receive them as the warranty will run from the date of your receipt.
Flavour Vapour offer a replacement warranty on faulty goods, excluding atomisers, as outlined by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
The following procedure must be followed in order to carry out a warranty claim, contact us, stating your order number, name and the nature of the fault. We will then contact you to offer advice or arrange for the return of your item.
Once the goods are received we will test and inform you of the findings.
If the goods are found to be faulty then we will immediately send out replacement items. We will do our best to ensure that this process is completed within five working days.
Complaints Procedure ~
Here at Flavour Vapour we take our responsibility to our customers very seriously - however ,if you would like to complain about any part of our service to you please email us at [email protected] or contact us by phone on 01752 260801.
We will always take any complaint seriously and aim to respond to your complaint within 5 working days. As a conscientious company, we work very closely with Trading Standards to ensure that all complaints can be dealt with in an amicable way, however in the unlikely event that we can't resolve an issue we are more than happy to use a third party reconciliation organisation.
